HIIT & FLOW (mommy and me)

30 minute Full Body HIIT + 30 minute Flow
All-in-one cardio, strength, and flexibility class aimed to help you leave everything on the mat. Designed for all levels including postpartum and beginners. Plenty of modifications. Feel free to bring you, babies and children, to class all are welcome.
The first half helps students build a strong core, overall physical and mental endurance. Followed by pilates-inspired yoga flow targeting all parts of your abs as well as integrating traditional vinyasa yoga flow into the practice. A steady-paced fl­ow yoga class that focuses on building core stability & power as well as increasing ­flexibility throughout our bodies.
If you are postpartum this class will always offer low impact modifications. Please speak to the instructor before class about your particular needs and make sure you have clearance from your doctor to workout.

Dynamic Flow

Powerful vinyasa flow open to all levels designed to keep you moving and breathing throughout the duration of the class. A powerful vinyasa flow yoga class, building both strength and flexibility throughout! Classes finish with a focus on the breath and relaxation to gather the benefits of physical work.

Yin Yoga

This restorative hour is intended to ease you into a calm state of body, mind, and spirit. By activating your parasympathetic nervous system, this practice aids your body in its natural healing abilities and supports relaxation, therefore benefiting digestion and sleep. Postures are held for longer periods of time (3+ minutes) and props are encouraged (we recommend you have blocks, bolsters, blankets, layers of clothing, and anything else you may desire to support your at-home practice). Breath-work and guided meditation accompany this all-levels class.

Barre

No Bar barre! This class uses the floor to aid in releasing unnecessary tension and support efficient movement. We will lengthen and strengthen our body with a focus on breathing, pelvic floor health, and activating secondary muscle groups. This low impact class is open to all levels and aims to increase flexibility and tone. Prenatal friendly.

Full Body HIIT

Push your mind and body with a 40 minute high intensity interval training class engages the entire body. The class broken down into 4 sections to focus on cardio, arms, legs and stretch. No weights are needed, just your own body weight. Prenatal friendly.

Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal yoga offers those in any stage of pregnancy the opportunity to breathe, stretch, strengthen, and soften. The classes are uniquely designed to support a healthy pregnancy and an empowered birth experience. Share among a community of expectant parents in a safe and compassionate environment.  In our weekly classes you will learn to alleviate many of the discomforts experienced during the childbearing time and you will cultivate tools to calm your mind and to help you with labor and birth. Those at any fitness level, who are new to yoga, or have been practicing for years, are welcome to join. Please make sure you have doctors permission to attend class.

Postnatal Yoga

Private training only

Helps to realign your spine and restore the deep abdominal muscles that changed during pregnancy and childbirth. It can work to relieve stiffness in your shoulders and pelvic floor muscles. Plus, postnatal yoga provides a complete exercise for your entire body.

Mommy and Me Yoga

Parent and baby yoga offers caregivers and their newborns a chance to connect with each other and a community of other new parents through yoga. These classes will focus on postpartum healing and poses to help support your baby's optimal development. Take time to nourish yourself and learn tools to support you on your parenting journey. This class is designed for newborn babies 6 weeks old until the point in which they are crawling. Feeding, walking, bouncing, changing, and soothing your babies are perfectly normal during this class.

Mommy and Me HIIT

From push-ups, sit-ups, and planks that involve leaning in to kiss and sing to your little one, to squats and lunges, from cardio to core while holding and lifting your little one, our classes incorporates numerous fun, body conditioning exercises that will captivate your child’s attention while you get a great workout – you will definitely get a workout.
